Just wanted to say, ‘Hi it’s nice to meet you’. A friend wrote and said she loved your “altitude”. I’m sure she meant your attitude, but ya know, all things considered…. :o)

Your Lady Feb. has been mentioned as a candidate for a KAL in the, oh hell I don’t remember the name of the group…it’s a group on Rav for vests and cardigans, hold on I’ll go look.

Let me get this straight….

If Ravelry tells us anything, there are hundreds of us who have been longing to make the February Baby Sweater in a big people size. 99% of those hundreds of us have either been too lazy or too math-phobic to work it out for ourselves. (personally, if I knew how much math was involved in knitting, I’d have passed.)

You crunched the numbers, perhaps were off by a few, re-crunched the numbers and provided us with a pattern. And you’ve done it all for free.

And you’re worried we’re mad? Oy, girl.

I’d like to propose we take up a collection. Everyone contributes the $6.50 we would have gladly paid for the pattern and send you to, say, Bermuda for a week. Or maybe Paris.

You’re a doll. And Wilma is awesome.

I do not know a lot of pattern writers who would spread the news so instantly. I have cast on yesterday and am really kind of addicted. Even if my gauge is diffrent it does not harm the
outcome of this lovely traditional. You rock for making it available for us big girls!!
