I'm always afraid of ovens without glass door, because I can't see whether something is burning inside or not. Can’t wait to see the complete FO!

The boy and I just decided, after months and months of debating back and forth, to get rid of the truly fantastic early '50s stove that came in the kitchen of his house. We've been doing massive demo and rebuilding (the kitchen does not exist at all except for the stove) and finally we decided that a new stove that definitely holds temperature is better than a super awesome old stove that fluctuates 15-20 degrees without warning. we both love cooking AND retro design -- it hurts. can't wait to see your sweater.
