Although I’m not a vegetarian I have a mysterious love for the fake chicken, especially the spicy kind - I make little buffalo “chicken” sandwiches for lunch all the time.

That salad bowl and tongs set is fantabulous. The yarn, too, but not nearly as awesome as that wooden bowl!

Before I knew the salad was fake chicken, I thought it was panzanella and now I want to make that.

Oooh, that is a fantastic recipe and yep, we have those things in the cupboard. Hello, massive salads for dinner.
I like to use cut-up Morningstar brand “chicken” nuggets. Have you found anything better?
